To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New South Wales in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Customer Reviews and Review Promotions
We welcome honest customer feedback, including critical experiences. The same publication policy applies regardless of star rating. Reviewers can authorise syndication of their review across Benn Corp Pty Ltd’s participating retail stores. The original source is retained. Email verification does not confirm a purchase. Reviews that participate in a prize promotion are labelled as incentivised when published.
Monthly $100 Store Credit Draw (only when advertised)
This free-entry trade promotion is offered only in months when explicitly advertised as open on our Our Reviews page. The promoter is Benn Corp Pty Ltd (ABN 30 601 396 561), Queensland, Australia. Entries are open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who submit a genuine, original review of a relevant product, shopping experience or customer service, opt in to the draw and successfully verify their email during the calendar month. No purchase is required. Employees and their immediate families are excluded. Entrants must have had a genuine relevant experience.
Entries open at 12:00 am AEST on the first day of each advertised calendar month and close at 11:59 pm AEST on its last day. One entry per eligible person per month across all participating stores. Duplicate, automated, fabricated and fraudulent entries are excluded. Reviews of all ratings are equally eligible irrespective of whether the feedback is favourable or publicly displayed. Email verification is required to register the entry. The winner is randomly drawn at or shortly after 9:00 am AEST (Brisbane time) on the first day of the following month, using an auditable process. The winner is notified by email that day, and their first name may be announced on the review pages.
There is one prize for the entire participating network each month: AUD $100 store credit redeemable only at the website on which the winning review was submitted. The winning customer is emailed a single-use $100 promotional discount code restricted to their verified email address and to the store where their review originated. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused amount is forfeited after one purchase, subject to applicable law. The promotional voucher is valid for 30 days from issue. Its expiry date and eligible store are shown in the winner email. The promoter will address unclaimed prizes in accordance with the applicable trade promotion rules and will keep appropriate draw records.
Reviewers may choose not to enter the promotion and still submit a genuine review. Drawing or claiming a prize does not depend on leaving a positive review or on our decision to publish it. Incentivised reviews will be clearly identified. This promotion is not connected to Google Reviews or independent third-party review platforms. Customer contact details are used privately for entry verification, winner notification and promotion administration, in line with our Privacy Policy. These terms do not override Australian Consumer Law or applicable state and territory gaming requirements.
